Organist - Basic Fee (Weddings and Funerals) $ 250.00
(Includes consultation and wedding service, rehearsals, and practice with soloist)
(Includes pre-funeral music and practice withSoloists if applicable)
Custodial Service - Per hour $ 25.00
Time to be figured from the time the church is opened until one hour after guests leave.
Example: Church opened for pictures 2:00 PM
Wedding 4:00 PM
Reception 5:00-7:00 PM
One hour cleanup 8:00 PM
(Total: 2:00 - 8:00 PM = 6 hrs @ $25 = $150)
Funeral Folders
Color Printed Folders $0.50 each
Non-Color on plain or colored paper No Charge
(Black ink only on white or colored paper)
CUSTODIAL FEES FOR SERVICES
Bethel Evangelical Lutheran Church will provide the needed custodial services for your event.
The charge for such services is $25.00 per hour.
All payments, whether as a direct reimbursement for the hours incurred, or as an honorarium for services provided, is to be paid directly to the church.
All custodian wages must be recorded on the books of the Church as compensation to comply with coverage requirements of our Workers’ Compensation Insurance policy.
