Balance the Budget:

We ended 2025 with a budget deficit of $67,752.22. We have been working hard in 2026 to be sure this pattern isn't repeated. Even with all of our work to reduce expenses we find ourselves in a deficit yet again--albeit, a slightly smaller one. If this trend continues, we won't be able to continue without selling our building or taking other drastic measures.

We share our building with numerous organizations who would be affected if we were unable to continue, including:

• Nokomis Healthy Seniors

• CANMN -- A mutual Aid Food Distribution Group

• Casa de Oracion

• Luz Alas Naciones

• La Voz de Dios

• Curiosity Crew

• HEdFEx

• Mi Casita Daycare

• Ensemble Music

• Minneapolis Jo

• Numerous Support Groups -- AA and OA

• Bancroft Neighborhood Association -- Including their Community Gardens

• Girl Scout Troops

• Scout Troops of America

• Seward Concert Band

• Minneapolis Community Ed

• Women of Watercolor

• Minnesota Nature Photography Club

• As well as the numerous others who rent our facilities for weddings, rehearsals, and more

• We are also a Voting location and provide a Little Free Pantry where members of our community can access free food 24/7

We want to remain in our South Minneapolis community for as long as possible, but to do this we need your help! If you can't be with us in person, consider making a donation today!
